When called they answered right away, didn’t go to voicemail(which is surprisingly nice) and within minutes someone was showing me how to properly fit the chain on and off my tires
Yet still did them for me so I didn’t have to get down in the snow. Yes, you probably need chains, no you can’t just go really slow and be fine. I promise the cost of chains seems like nothing when you have the entire neighborhood blocked IN because you thought you were special….oops
